Studio / office / workshop space in Amsterdam Oost! 137m3 available mid March - April We are planning to move out of our current studio and may have the opportunity to nominate a new tenant. It is located at Veemarkt, Amsterdam (Oost). The space is approximately 100m², but we’ve built a loft, expanding it to over 137m², providing extra room and versatility. The unit can be delivered empty, but we’d prefer the new tenant to take over the current furnishings. (Please note: there are takeover costs involved, which can be discussed and agreed upon.) We expect to vacate the space mid March 2025. The rent is €1,510 per month, excluding BTW and servicecosts.
